We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tester (all genders) to join our growing Cloud Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our cloud-based applications and infrastructure, with a key emphasis on test planning, execution, and automation. You will work closely with developers, cloud engineers, designers, Product Owners and Product Managers to define testing strategies, create comprehensive test plans, and build robust automated test suites.Since our cloud area is still in an early phase of test automation, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead the selection and establishment of test frameworks from the ground up. You will have the freedom to shape our testing approach and set best practices, becoming a key driver in building a solid foundation for quality assurance in our cloud solutions.You will be an advocate for quality, diligently identifying and mitigating risks throughout the development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

Define and implement testing strategies for various testing types (e.g., functional, integration, performance, security, regression)
Design, develop, implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design specifications.
Execute test cases and document results accurately.
Build and expand our automated test suite to cover critical functionality.
Work closely with developers and cloud engineers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software testing
Proficient understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test planning, test case design, and test execution.
Proficiency in at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Practical experience working in Linux environments.
Knowledge of cloud-related technologies such as gateways, MQTT, and Protobuf.
Proficient communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
