- Conduct data science project lifecycle tasks as assigned.
- Plan data science project steps.
- Document code appropriately, inline, in Azure DevOps, and in Confluence.
- Verify data sources, transformations, models, and results per best practice guidelines.
- Organize and synthesize data into actionable business decisions, focused on insights.
- Compile, review, verify and analyze related external and internal insurance data including completed models for benchmarking of results.
- Proven experience managing the entire data science project lifecycle.
- Expertise in data validation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) and experience with documentation tools like Azure DevOps/Confluence.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
