Lead and monitor accounting (outsourced) and financial reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial analyses that include financial results, cash flow, KPI, and liquidity forecasts
Preparation of investor presentations and meetings
Preparation of board material for management and the board
Managing relationships with external financial and legal advisors to drive streamlining and continuous improvement of financial processes
Drive strategic projects that align with BoardClic's current business plan and priorities

Your Qualifications:We're seeking a candidate with an academic background in economics or finance and at least five years of experience in a similar role at an international SaaS company. Your success in this role hinges on clear and effective communication in both Swedish and English. As a critical team player, we expect you to embody strategic thinking, self-starting initiative, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal skills. Your structured and meticulous approach, along with an analytical streak, is integral to thriving in this position.Your knack for evaluating and implementing new technology for operational enhancement is highly valued.
