- Identification and subsequent driving of sales opportunities - You are expected to hit and achieve the sales goals for the territory (hardware, consumables, software). To be successful, you’ll be needing to provide timely information on product capabilities and technical specifications to interested customers. Maintain and grow the client portfolio by selling innovative solutions for Flow Cytometry laboratories.
- Active funnel management – Uncover new projects, subsequently drive, and grow the project funnel, thereby actively involving supporting functions (apps, service, marketing) when appropriate and needed.
- Operational excellence – Utilize Sales force CRM to plan and document your activities, tracking leads generated by service and marketing.
- Providing marketing intelligence and competitive information – As you are the eyes and the ears of the company in your designated geography, you’re expected to feedback important market/competitive insights into the team.
- Being the face of BEC LS flow in your geography- Organising roadshows and demonstrations. Attend and represent BEC LS flow at local and national vendor shows and scientific meetings if needed.
- This Job requires a Master Degree in Biology or a PhD.
- A good knowledge on Flow Cytometry or Hematology or Immunology.
- Long standing experience in Sales using highly technical solutions for laboratories.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
- Fluency in Swedish both spoken and written.
