Job Description:Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take responsibility in a dynamic project environment?Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for Site Managers to join our client's precast concrete element project in Boden, Sweden. The roles are project-based with estimated durations of 3, 5-6, and 8 months.Main tasks and responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders
Act as the main contact towards the end client, participate in project meetings and manage discussions related to project progress
Supervise and support foremen and installation teams on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to plans
Monitor schedules, progress and quality of works and provide regular updates to the client
Ensure timely invoicing and documentation together with project stakeholders
Take responsibility for problem-solving and decision-making in challenging project situations

Requirements:

Suitable technical background (e.g. civil engineering, construction management or similar)
Previous experience as a Site Manager or in a similar leadership role within construction projects
Knowledge of precast element installation or industrial/construction projects considered an advantage
Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage client relations and on-site teams
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site operations
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work smoothly with various stakeholders
A positive and proactive attitude towards work
Finnish and English language skills (Swedish skills considered as an advantage)
Availability to start at short notice
