- Analysis of the market (key customers, foodservice/ shops/ offices, coffee industry, potential distributors, competitors) and our partner's as a basis for the sales strategy
- Definition of a market strategy including identification of target customers and approach strategy, roadmap to implement the strategy and continuously track the implementation and update the market strategy
- Establishing and maintaining a working relationship with the sales team
- Acquisition of new key customers in specific market segments such as: Large and medium retail chains, local distributors and roasters
- Supporting and monitoring the development and performance of our partners' service network
- Monthly monitoring of market trends, distributor activity plans and supply chain situation to ensure forecast is achieved
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing or engineering
- Customer and Distributor Management experience with Sales track record (including Key Accounts) and possessing its own network in Professional Coffee Machines or Coffee Industry in the dedicated region
- Very independent and strongly motivated character which will work from home and visit customers and distributor's offices on a regular basis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent English Speaking and writing skills
- Flexibility to travel is a must
