- Influence solution roadmaps and align stakeholders on direction.
- Ensure continuous delivery and operational flow.
- Guide and evolve the technological solution while maintaining the architectural runway and modularization responsibilities.
- Drive technical meetings, foster innovation and explore technical alternatives.
- Collaborate on solution design across teams and suppliers.
- Track technology innovations and assess their fit for current and future solutions.
- Ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, and propose workable solutions, with skills in conducting analysis and drawing conclusions based on data and evidence.
- Ability to balance requirements and constraints from multiple cross-functional teams, while managing and engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form for different audiences.
- Experience in leading teams or initiatives, combined with an understanding and application of system engineering management practices
- Capacity to plan, coordinate, and organize work, tasks, activities, and resources in a logical and structured manner.
- University Degree - Engineering
- Ten or more years of working experience in R&D in multinational environment.
- A minimum of five years leadership experience
- System engineering management
- Technical knowledge and experience in combustion engine, EAT and/or EE development
- Knowledge in modularization
