Bli en del av vårt Housekeeping crewClarion Hotel Grand Östersund söker nu en Style Supervisor. Tjänsten är på 80-100% och innebär arbete på dagtid, kvällar och helger. Som Style supervisor hos oss ansvarar du och dina kollegor för den dagliga städningen av hotellet, det är därför viktigt att du är självgående, ansvarstagande och pålitlig för att passa i vårt team.Vi letar efter en person med positivt förhållningssätt, stort servicetänk gentemot både gäster och kollegor och som emellanåt kan hantera ett högt tempo. Du ska ha ett öga för detaljer så att vårt hotell alltid är i toppskick.Som Style supervisor är du ansvarig på plats när Style Manager inte finns tillgänglig.Du ansvarar för att hotellets samtliga rum och allmänna ytor hålls rena och underhålls enligt plan, samt att hotellet alltid upplevs som ”stylat” för varje gäst som besöker oss.Du gillar att vara i driften och skall vara kapabel och villig att utföra alla de uppgifter som utförs av avdelningens personal. Du verkar ständigt för ökad lönsamhet och att nå uppsatta prognoser/mål för avdelningen.Du ansvarar och verkar för att ett gott arbetsklimat råder där alla ställer upp för varandra såväl på den egna avdelningen som mellan avdelningar.Jag som rekryterar heter Helen Nilsson och jobbar som Style manager. Jag har varit en del av Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund i 16 år och har därmed flera års erfarenhet från hotellbranschen bakom mig. Som ledare är jag lyhörd och närvarande och jag brinner för att ge gästen den allra bästa vistelsen.Vi lägger stor vikt vid att hitta medarbetare med rätt inställning och attityd och som tillsammans med oss vill skapa en härlig arbetsplats för sina medarbetare.
