- Partner with our VP Sales to design and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the Nordics markets
- Leverage data and insights to drive smart, goal-oriented decisions and deliver strong results
- Present Sherpany's vision and value to C-level decision makers across industries - and win them over.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
- Help shape the future of our sales organization with your ideas, expertise, and drive
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development and talent nurturing
- A track record in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership - from prospecting to closing
- Deep understanding of the Nordics market landscape and its dynamics
- You thrive on networking, relationship-building, and your communication skills leave a lasting impression
- Highly self-organized and goal-driven - you love setting ambitious goals and achieving them.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges
- You are fluent in Swedish and English; any additional Nordic language is a plus
