- Identify and engage potential publisher partners across the EU market
- Build and maintain strong relationships through outreach, meetings, and events
- Keep your sales pipeline organized and up to date in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Account Management, and Tech
- Represent ConnectAd at industry events and networking opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage leads and deals using a CRM system
- A “hunter” mindset: goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to close deals
- An outgoing personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English
- Experience in business development and sales, ideally in digital advertising, ad tech, or media
- Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred
- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends
