Together, we can truly make an impact – and your part matters.Your roleWe are growing our procurement organization in Järfälla/Solna and are looking for a communicative and driven team player with experience from supply and sourcing. You will be part of the category procurement team for Harnesses & Components with other strategic and operative purchasers all based in Solna.As an operative purchaser, you have the responsibility to place orders and follow-up deliveries, and make sure that production and project milestones are met. This places great demands on quality, flexibility, teamwork and rapid actions from you and our suppliers. Your most important interfaces, except of course the suppliers, will be the planning department and several different Project Offices.Your ongoing tasks will mainly be as follows:

Purchase of materials and services based on planned needs
Ordering and order expediting
Obtain a cost estimate
Managing supplier invoices
Ongoing feedback to customer managers
Supplier relationship and follow-up
Flow Optimization

Your profileWe believe that you have a bachelor degree or a background of working within supply or sourcing, preferably as an operative purchaser. You should enjoy a high pulse in a production environment and have a good understanding of what factors govern purchasing in the Supply Chain. You should also be able to independently drive to ensure good delivery precision.In order to succeed and thrive with us, we also believe that you are a prestigeless and solution-oriented person who can manage to act in the present while maintaining focus on the goal image.
