Our drivers pick up and deliver cars to and from workshops and dealerships in Sweden, Norway, Spain and soon Germany whether it be for a Test Drive at Home, New/Used car delivery or for a routine Workshop visit.Since 2018, we've delivered over 250,000 cars, have over 100 drivers out in the field and have found product-market fit. We work with some of Europe's largest car brands and dealers and are a critical part of their offering as they transition to online sales and service channels. Our vision is clear - to make car ownership simpler, more convenient and sustainable.Job Description:As a senior typescript engineer at Today Mobility you'll be joining at an exciting phase in our journey and be a critical part of the team as we build out our systems and processes and grow within the European market.You'll be expected to get your hands dirty on multiple projects using the latest technology and practices while at the same time championing simplicity, quality and reusability. You'll have a large amount of autonomy in selecting which features interest you and building them out.What you will do:

Take ownership as you build out our internal and external applications
Work with a very modern (and LLM friendly) Typescript, React/React Native, Node, TRPC and Postgres stack
Be a part of product decision making and prioritisation
Be a key part of a dynamic, collaborative, non-hierarchical culture where your talent and abilities are valued over role or title
Have an active role in defining our development processes and systems architecture
Research the latest tooling and technology and make recommendations on how we can benefit from their use

Your qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience
Excellent spoken and written English, all day-to-day communication will be in English
Proven track-record of delivering high-quality work and showing a high level of responsibility for all tasks
Strong focus on code quality and long-term maintenance
Ability to communicate and work well within a small team
Keen eye for detail

Nice to have skills:

Familiarity with some of the core components of our stack - Tanstack (Start, Router, Query, Form), Tailwind, TRPC, Drizzle, React Aria
Experience with logistical or scheduling & planning systems
Strong JavaScript-specific experience and skills
Experience of CI, CD and Kubernetes
Mobile/React Native development knowledge

Remote Requirements:

This is a fully remote position open to applicants and you must be within +/- 3 hours CET
You will join an existing distributed team that is used to working remotely
Salary and benefits will be provided in your local currency equivalent
Travel to our head office in Stockholm, Sweden as required

Salary Range:

€65,000 to €75,000/year dependent on technical and business skills match
