- Identify new opportunities in the market to build on distribution
- Build strategic relationships with key retailers
- Manage the P&L for each retailer
- Deliver against an annual sales target, using product innovation, new distribution, retail trends to build your sales plan
- Responsible for driving the net revenue, always with an eye on the strategic horizon
- Field sales management (External)
- Assessing risks and opportunities with initiatives and setting up business cases
- Managing forecasting for new products and core products
- Drive new product launches in the grocery channel
- Own the customer JBP planning and execution
- Present business results and commercial plans internally
- Deliver input to 3 year strategic plan
- Category story telling with category team to retailers
- Work cross functional with Marketing for excellent in-store execution
- Support the Omni-channel approach by aligning closely with online channel managers
- Effective collaboration with demand planning, finance & customer service in line with internal processes
- Fluency in Swedish & English is essential
- Relevant work experience within Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG
- Experience within managing grocery accounts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical with a strategic mindset with ability to handle, evaluate and utilise sales data and insights effectively
- Commercial acumen with strong presentation skills
- Working across functions, managing and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders
- Business-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills who likes networking
- Able to work in an ambitious and sustainable growth environment
- Ability to balance short-term business performance with longer term strategic initiatives
