- PhD, or equivalent relevant experience, in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Food technology or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Working knowledge of characterizing enzymes and their technological applications.
- Working knowledge of advanced analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and rheology.
- Experience in experimental design and working knowledge of statistical methods and tools.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
