Salary: £70,000 - 75,000About the Role:
We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Site/Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Sweden. This is a critical on-site leadership role that requires strong coordination, technical know-how, and a proven track record in managing complex construction projects — ideally within mission-critical or data centre environments.You will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the build is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activitiesSupervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure quality and safety standards are upheldMonitor construction progress against schedule and address delays or issues proactivelyEnforce health & safety procedures and ensure full regulatory complianceConduct site meetings and report updates to the Project Manager and stakeholdersEnsure accurate site documentation and reportingWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager on data centre, industrial, or MEP-heavy projectsStrong knowledge of construction practices, health & safety regulations, and quality assurance processesExcellent leadership and communication skills to manage a multi-disciplinary teamAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsEU work authorisation or right to work in Sweden is requiredDesirable:Background in modular construction, mechanical or electrical systemsExperience working on data centre or m
