Product knowledge and passion for latest trends will be the essence of your day by day in the store.Responsibilities:- Managing Ladies floor/section in all 3 areas, Product, Process and People (preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store)- Providing highest level of care to customers- Ensuring the floor is fully stocked with merchandise and merchandising the store with the support of commercial team- Controlling all returns/damages/store transfers for department- Meeting sales goals and striving to exceed expectations and maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions for your department- Working closely with Store Manager to achieve the company’s objective.- Ensuring the proper training for all staff and recognizing potential candidates for promotion.- Ensuring that all HR procedures are followed (payroll, store coverage, budgeted hours, training)- Ensuring all H&S procedures in the stores are followed and regularly inspectedRequirements:- 2 or 3 years management experience in the retail/hospitality sector- The ability to prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency of team- Proactivity and desire to accomplish all set goals- Great customer service skills- The ability to motivate and develop a team to be future ZARA leaders- Knowledge about fashion and the latest trendsWhat do we offer?- A structured training and development plan- Stability within the number 1 global fashion brand- A generous employee discount at INDITEX- Opportunities for career progression in a constantly growing international fashion brandShow us your talent and apply now!
