This is a key role in our global sales development team, focused on generating and qualifying leads for our regional and enterprise sales teams. Your work will directly impact our pipeline and revenue growth in the Dutch market.🌟 What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for our Account Executives
- Conduct lead research and outreach via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and outreach
- Stay updated on product knowledge to clearly articulate our value to potential clients
- 0–3 years’ experience in a sales, lead generation or customer-facing role
- Studying or graduated in business, marketing or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- A great communicator with a proactive mindset
- Confident with outreach via phone and digital channels
- Curious about SaaS, recruitment tech, and HR innovation
- Self-driven, structured, and able to prioritize
- Based in Stockholm and fluent in Dutch & English
