- Store Operations & Sales Goals: Monitor key figures, identify areas for improvement, and ensure stores consistently reach their targets.
- Leadership & Staff: Guide and support store managers to achieve high performance. Take responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
- Reporting & Follow-Up: Report regularly to the Country Manager and ensure stores receive the tools and support required to succeed.
- Administrative Tasks: Responsible for training, staff meetings, budgeting, and other administrative duties. Ensure effective information flow through regular Teams meetings, and follow up on key figures and costs to optimize business results.
- Leadership Experience: Experience from leadership roles in retail, preferably as a Regional Manager or with experience leading a larger team.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Ability to make quick decisions, adapt to change, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
- Digital Competence: Solid knowledge of sales systems and digital tools for scheduling, performance tracking and campaign follow-up.
- Personal Qualities: You are an experienced and confident leader with a systematic way of working. You can ask the right questions, provide clear feedback, and follow up constructively. With a solution-oriented and positive attitude, you quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment. You also have strong communication skills and foster clear dialogue with your team.
