All of them trust us to ensure that their customer service is both excellent and efficient, both today and in the future.Dynava have offices in Sweden (Lund, Skövde, Norrköping, Sundsvall, Stockholm), Finland (Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Kajani), Cyprus, Estonia, Moldova and Senegal.Dynava LAB is our playground, where we find and test new technologies as well as implement proven technologies into our product offerings.About the RoleAs our current head of Dynava LAB is moving on to new opportunities, we are looking for her successor to this interesting and challenging role.As Head of Dynava LAB, you will be central to Dynava's technical and visionary journey. You will shape and execute a technical roadmap for product development, both from a technical and commercial perspective. You will lead and inspire a team of two project managers and three developers, working closely with the rest of the organization to anchor and promote our solutions internally and externally. In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, tailor our solutions, and effectively present and sell our services. You will also identify companies to work with for the best solutions for our clients, ensuring Dynava remains at the forefront of innovation.You report to the Dynava Group CEO.Main Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of project managers and developers.
Create and implement a technical roadmap for our products.
Identify and drive digitalization initiatives.
Serve as an AI visionary, translating ideas into practical solutions. Know everything going on in this field.
Present and pitch technical solutions both internally and to external partners/clients.
Work closely with other departments, especially Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Operations and ICT.
Work directly with clients to meet their needs and present Dynava's solutions.
Collaborate with other companies to find and implement the best solutions for our clients.

Your Profile

Several years of experience in project management within technology, digitalization, or related areas.
Strong vision and passion for AI and modern technology.
Documented ability to create and drive technical roadmaps.
Experience in team leadership and development.
Solid technical knowledge and understanding of product development.
Excellent verbal and written English and Swedish or Finnish skills are essential.
Experience in customer service or related industries is highly valuable.

Location & Work EnvironmentYou are expected to work from the office at least a few days a week, with the option to be based in Lund, Stockholm, Skövde or Helsinki. Some travelling is expected, mainly to business events, to clients, to partnership companies or to our different sites.
