
Salesforce CRM Specialist to Avinode Group

- Manage upgrades, resolve bugs, and implement new functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success management (CSM), and customer experience (CX) teams.
- Maintaining data quality and ensuring a sustainable system.
- Create and manage Salesforce flows, reports, and dashboards
- Strong experience in Salesforce (Salesforce certification preferred)
- 4+ years in agile or Lean project management, particularly with CRM applications
- Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to break down complex processes
- Knowledge in building Salesforce flows and understanding SaaS metrics
- Experience working with Mulesoft or a similar integration platform, preferably within payment and billing processes
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
