The Cyber Security Advisory Team at H&M Group plays a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information and technology assets. We provide tactical and operational cyber security advice to our business stakeholders.As a team, we believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust. In this role, you will be developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the business stakeholders and ensuring that their cyber security needs are met.What you will do as a Cyber Security Advisor:Conduct security assessment of in-house developed and/or by third-party provided solutions in order to ensure that they are in compliance with H&M's security standardsSecurity maturity and risk assessment for internal and external partnersProviding targeted security trainingsUnderstand the business needs and help them achieve their goals while meeting Cyber Security needs as wellQualificationsWhat you need to succeed:Experience working with Cyber Security in an Enterprise environmentStrong understanding of cyber security concepts, ability to give technical advice to business in security mattersProven experience of cyber security or privacy frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and GDPRHaving a business mindset - understanding the needs and way of working in business and being a partner for them to reach their goalsExperience with highly effective and strong communication with business stakeholders in all levels of an organizationFamiliarity with AI, Generative AI and MLExperience of the retail industry is a meritFluent level of oral and written EnglishA positive spirit and attitudeCuriosity and learning mindset are also crucial to be successful in this role since it requires to work with new technologies before they're launched to bigger audiences. Showcasing how you stay on top of new knowledge is very important for us.Additional InformationThis is a fulltime permanent position. The role is based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden and we have a hybrid work structure.
