As Category & Consumer Insight Manager you will be a central link between consumer, shopper and the business. By sourcing and analyzing data and research, you will create insight-driven recommendations that strengthen the brand and drive category growth. You will act as a business partner to the local and central sales and marketing teams as well as distributors to develop and grow the Twinings brand and business performance. You will be the strong voice of the consumer in the organization, inspiring a true “consumer-first” mindset.Some of your main responsibilities will be to:Maximize insights from consumer, retail and shopper data, including Nielsen analyses, brand health tracking, market mix modeling, consumer panel data and shopper research.Contribute with category leadership and insight-based recommendations and evaluations to drive in-store growth.Ensure that communication activities are tested, optimized and based on consumer insights.Lead and develop research programs to generate deep consumer and category insights.Be responsible for requirements and development of our collaborations and agreements with insights- and market research agencies.About you
We are looking for an experienced Insight Manager with strong expertise in category strategy and consumer insights who can combine analytical sharpness with excellent communication and storytelling skills.We believe you have:Bachelor's degree, MBA or relevant professional certification10+ years of experience in consumer- and category insights, preferably within FMCG Food & Beverage industry.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to see connections and work with complex datasets and Excel to generate deep insights from a wide variety of sources.Solid experience with Nielsen data and various research and analysis methods as well as agency collaborations.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to influence and collaborate across departmentsAn entrepreneurial and creative mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude and collaborative working style.Experience from international work in matrix organizations.Fluency in English and a Nordic language, spoken and written.About Twinings
