
Postdoc position in Discrete-Event Systems for Automation

- Conduct research in collaboration with senior researchers and PhD students in the Automation group, with the primary goal of qualifying for a future academic career.
- Contribute to research projects within discrete-event systems, supervisory control theory, and formal verification of automation systems.
- Engage in teaching at undergraduate and master's levels, if required.
- Collaborate with partners across academia, industry, and society.
- PhD degree in control and automation or a related field, with specialization in discrete-event systems, supervisory control theory, and/or formal verification of automation systems. The PhD should have been awarded no more than three years prior to the application deadline.*
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
