This is a key role for someone who thrives on analytical challenges and enjoys working hands-on in a fast-moving environment where your voice really matters.Join us to shape how credit should be done – better.What you will be doingOwn and develop our credit strategies to strike the right balance between growth, risk and profitability.Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance across markets and products.Define and refine our underwriting criteria – from new product launches to continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with Analytics, Product, Finance and Operations to align credit with company goals.Bring clarity and insight to credit decisions, policies, and edge cases.Develop pricing strategies, customer segmentation and forecasting models.Present your recommendations to senior stakeholders – and have a real impact on how we scale.About youYou have a few years of experience in credit risk, analytics or a similar field, and you're ready to take a bigger step. You're confident working with data, fluent in SQL, and comfortable navigating large datasets and credit KPIs. You probably have a degree in a quantitative field like Engineering, Mathematics or Economics. But more importantly, you have an analytical mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to connect credit insights to broader business decisions.
