Job Title Clinical Informatics Sales SpecialistJob DescriptionClinical Informatics Sales SpecialistAs a Clinical Informatics Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to drive the digitization of healthcare together with a dedicated team by marketing and selling our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio in Urology, Radiology and Pathology. The goal is to support hospitals in improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care. This role has a special strategic focus on growing the Sales of our Urology solutions – prostate cancer diagnostic software and image fusion guided biopsy hardware - as well as growing the Sales of our large set of AI-powered software applications for post-processing in Radiology, in the Nordic region.Your role:Sells assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Nordic, negotiating with clients, generating leads, giving clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and servicesModality Sales Specialist is the knowledge expert on product, who supports driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.Delivers customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotationMonitor competition and changes in the industry and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.Achieving established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.Develops and executes territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets.Partners with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage. Understands and selects the right promotional tactics to optimize sales, responsible for maximizing promotionsConduct monthly/quarterly/annual business review with in respected area.Focus on optimized product mix (push sales/volume)Ensure orders are collected and Turnover targets are reachedCommercially co-responsible for developing business partnership with customers, focusing on developing consultative sales partnerships with the customersSell according to prices agreed by account management, and in accordance with commercial policyLimited negotiation for mixed and decentralized accounts.Ensures queries are solved effectively balancing service and costDrives continuous improvements applying LEANYou're the right fit if:Proven clinical experience, with minimum 2 years clinical or Healthcare Informatics experienceExtensive clinical experience with specialized training, a completed degree (technical or medical)Convincing, reliable demeanor and equally high sales and IT affinityHigh commitment, willingness to travel most days of the weekMotivated to work independently and able to organize yourself efficientlyFluent in one of Swedish language, and business EnglishHow we work together
