We are looking for a dedicated IT Manager for the Application Management area. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of IT Services within Application Management and lead a team of approximately ten IT specialists. You are a present and engaged leader who guides the team based on our shared values: care, courage, and responsibility.Who you will work with:You will join a skilled and committed team that manages core systems within Boliden, such as finance and HR. The team works closely with the business and contributes to the development and improvement of our IT solutions. You will also be part of the IT Services management team and collaborate with colleagues across various parts of the organization.What you will do:

Lead and develop the Application Management team.
Ensure IT service delivery meets business needs.
Actively work with competence development, health, environment, and safety.
Participate in strategic work within the IT Services management team.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors.
Contribute to the modernization of the IT landscape.
Business travel is required - the position is based in Boliden.

What you bring:

University degree in a relevant field.
Experience in leadership and/or project management, preferably within industry and international environments.
Ability to drive development initiatives and lead negotiations.
Experience working with outsourced IT services at both tactical and strategic levels.
Strong communication skills, results-oriented, and adaptable.
Comfortable independently driving activities and development processes.
Integrity and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Swedish and/or Finnish is a plus.
B driver's license.
