About the RoleWe’re looking for experienced Machine Learning Engineers to join a high-impact initiative focused on building a scalable AI Automation Platform. If you’re passionate about intelligent systems, automation, and cutting-edge technologies, this is your chance to make a difference.What You’ll Do

Develop and scale an automation platform for diverse AI use cases
Design and deploy agent-based systems and AI-driven solutions
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and platform engineers
Implement machine learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems
Manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for persistent, context-aware agent behavior
Contribute to architectural decisions and AI engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

Solid software development experience with a focus on AI/ML
Proficiency in Python or similar languages
Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Workato)
Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, OpenAgents)
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and agent workflow design
Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing
Bonus: Experience with agent-based modeling or reinforcement learning
