- Providing structured, high-quality technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling warranty cases, including technical investigations and root cause analysis.
- Recognizing technical issues through customer dialogue and remote asset connection.
- Identifying new service business opportunities in collaboration with ABB teams and customers.
- Holds a relevant technical degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering or equivalent)
- A few years of relevant work experience, ideally within technical support, electrical machines, or control, protection, and regulation of such systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset to enhance workflows and customer service.
- A team player with a positive attitude who contributes to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered a plus.
