We're a small and joyful team with business results on our mind and the possibilities and best practices of learning and performance at our hearts. Your overall mission is to expand, manage and improve our global divisional learning offer to make it as useful and impactful as possible for our target audiencesYour main activities & responsibilities will be:
Create, market, drive, and orchestrate global learning initiatives & programs together with business and subject matter experts.
Support Subject Matter Experts in how to create performance improving learning experiences through impactful workshop facilitation, digital content, resources and assessment
Other areas where you might be expected to contribute:
Lead the creation of a wide variety of digital and classroom learning content, applying learning experience, performance principles and visual design skills in tools such as Sharepoint, Articulate, PowerPoint, Elucidat and other relevant tools.
Support team innovation, testing new learning solutions and technologies.
To succeed, you will needWe believe that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and/or 5+ years of work experience working with Learning and Development
You have high level skills in building, designing, driving the roll-out and help facilitate large scale learning and performance improvement initiatives - for example High Performance Learning Journeys.
You have project management and cross-functional teamwork capabilities and can inspire and challenge stakeholders.
You easily grasp technical- and sales-oriented topics as part of designing learning & performance initiatives.
Professional level of English is a must.
