As part of our continued growth, we are expanding the Patent Department.As a Patent Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our international patent portfolio. You will be responsible for the administrative and procedural handling of our patent activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.Your Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAdministration of patent applicationsFiling patent applications and responses to Office ActionsReporting Office Actions from patent officesHandling correspondence with external patent agenciesMonitoring and tracking deadlines and legal time limitsReminding internal stakeholders of upcoming deadlinesYour ProfileWe’re looking for someone who is:Strong in both communication and administrationWell-organized and detail-oriented, with a high sense of responsibilityAble to work independently and proactivelyComfortable working in an international, digital environmentQualifications & ExperienceCertification as a Patent Paralegal (or equivalent) is preferredHowever, relevant experience is more important than formal educationProven experience with patent administration systems is essentialPrevious experience as:In-house Patent Administrator at an industrial company, orPatent Administrator at a patent agencyLanguage RequirementsFluency in written English is essentialKnowledge of Swedish, Chinese or Japanese is an advantageWhat we offerA key role in a growing, strategically important teamAn international and innovative work environmentThe flexibility to work remotely or in-officeA company culture that values precision, ownership, and collaborationCompetitive salary and benefits packageAt Munters, we also place great importance on well-being and personal development.
