- Build and execute strategic sales plans in partnership with global and local teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, IT security leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and shape opportunities in managed security services, cloud and application security, OT/IoT, threat detection & response, and advisory services.
- Lead the end-to-end consultative sales process - from opportunity identification through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create compelling client solutions.
- Represent Atos at local cyber security events and within industry communities.
- Cyber Security Expertise: Deep understanding of technologies such as SOC/SIEM/SOAR, MDR/XDR, cloud and OT security, vulnerability management, identity, and compliance frameworks (NIST, NIS2, DORA).
- Proven Sales Record: 3-7 years in cyber security sales or business development with a strong track record of securing large enterprise deals.
- Local Network: Strong connections in Sweden and across the Nordics, especially within enterprise and private sectors.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to translate business challenges into security solutions and drive complex sales cycles.
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in Danish or Finnish is a plus.
- Driven & Collaborative: A self-starter who thrives both independently and within cross-functional teams.
