Our client, a leading ServiceNow Consultancy, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a greenfield implementation of ServiceNow, with a focus on the ITOM module.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of a greenfield ServiceNow implementation, focusing on ITOM.
- Translate business needs into scalable and secure ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Oversee integrations, configuration, and technical governance across the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and guide delivery teams to ensure best practices.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with ITOM
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and integrating ITOM into wider ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (APIs, data sources) and enterprise-scale environments.
- Relevant certifications (CIS-ITOM, CTA) and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
