Data Engineers building scalable, high-quality pipelines

Analytics Engineers transforming raw data into insights

AI Engineers deploying models that do everything from predicting the future (= classic ML) to generating it (= GenAI and Agentic architectures)

If you like building tools that make other engineers high-five their screens, you're in the right place.What you'll do:As a Senior Data & AI Platform Engineer you will be building a world-class Data & AI platform that empowers developers (DevEx), delights stakeholders, and drives innovation across the organization. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our data infrastructure, AI capabilities, and engineering culture.In detail, you will:

Champion Developer Experience
Design and develop a developer-first platform that simplifies data ingestion & transformation, AI model deployment, and agentic architectures-enabling everything from insightful dashboards to advanced AI applications.
Deliver High-Quality Code
Write, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and production-ready features that ensure reliability and performance across our platform.
Drive Strategy and Culture
Co-own the roadmap and backlog for our Global Data & AI platform. Influence and shape the engineering culture across the organization through leadership and collaboration.
Build Scalable Infrastructure
Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve a platform that supports data pipelines, visualizations, model inference, and cutting-edge AI use cases.
Explore and Innovate
Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and integrating emerging technologies and capabilities that keep our platform future-ready.

Who you are:

A B.Sc. in Computer Science-or equivalent skills and experiences.

3+ years of software engineering experience, with solid Python competence (extra points for Rye/UV/Poetry, Ruff, Typeddict etc.). Both for actual for the platform and to be able to dogfood our DevEx!

2+ years of SQL experience. Because someone's gotta tame the data beast and dogfood our DevEx!

3+ years building scalable, cloud-native platforms with top-tier DevEx (bonus: for Data & AI related). Solid Terraform, IaC etc. Competence. Cloud ninja skills in AWS/GCP/Azure (extra points for Azure).

A pragmatic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical colleagues.

A love for clean code, automated testing, version control, and shipping software that just works.

Bonus points for Databricks experience (Pyspark, Delta, Unity Catalog-you know the drill).
