- To play a key role for the business in acquiring and managing a portfolio of accounts from sales, initial take-on through to on-going relationship management
- Attending tradeshows to cultivate new clients, engage current clients and to understand market trends and competition in order to help shape product offerings and development.
- To act as a go-to expert for any client queries or issues and work diligently to resolve these.
- You will engage with stakeholders throughout the business to coordinate multiple client requests so that the projects will meet and exceed client expectations and contractual commitments
- Provide potential customers creative and innovative solutions and ideas with support from appropriate areas of the business i.e. creative, content, marketing, technology
- Through regular calls & site visits, ensure each client within your remit has all their requirements fulfilled, and maintain a clear view of their current situation and future plans
- Administrative tasks such as order processing and follow-up from customers, coordinated across multiple vertical within Anuvu.
- Responsible to create yearly budget and sales forecast for EFB solutions and wIFE products
