- Analyze revenue and gross profit performance, including price evolution and profitability tracking
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring all commitments are met and data is prepared accurately
- Perform detailed analyses to inform tactical decision-making, manage risks, and identify opportunities
- Prepare financial analyses and insights to support strategic planning and goal-setting
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to set appropriate territory targets and optimize profitability
- Provide sales, pricing, and gross profit analytics, advising on tender/framework pricing strategies
- Prepare financial analyses and presentations for key meetings and participate in monthly business unit calls
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing business expertise and clear insights to the business unit and controller
- Participate in project activities related to reporting tools, development, and testing
- Ensure standardization and continuous improvement in processes, contributing to a strong Business Analyst team
- 3-5 years experience in a Business Analyst, Business Controller, or Sales Controller role. Revenue recognition experience is a must.
- Degree in Finance, Economics or business administration
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage both details and the bigger picture
- Advanced technical skills, including BI tools (e.g. BW, Power BI, SAP BPC) and expert-level Excel
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance, forecasting, budgeting, and planning techniques
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly
- You are proactive and self-driven, able to find solutions and make progress without relying on detailed step-by-step guidance
- Experience in marketing analytics, tender management, or the healthcare/medical device industry is an advantage
