- Source leads and contact information—hunting creatively for phone numbers and emails without relying on automated prospecting tools.
- Own and execute the entire cold prospecting process, especially cold calling, to book qualified sales meetings.
- Tailor outreach messaging, pitch, and cold call scripts to your specific language and market.
- Record and document all sales calls, capture relevant notes, and upload recordings for internal use.
- Conduct administrative work related to your outreach—keeping everything organized and updated for handoff to sales managers.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity every day—this is a hustle-first, results-driven internship.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for meetings booked and qualified leads generated.
- Native Speaker: You are fluent in one or more of the following: Dutch, Danish, German, French, or another major European language.
- Cold Calling Confidence: You’re not just comfortable picking up the phone—you thrive on it.
- Resourceful: You can dig deep and figure out how to find contact info even when tools aren’t provided.
- Sales Hustle: You’re motivated by targets, excited to hear “yes,” and not discouraged by “no.”
- Ambition & Drive: You want to break into the world of tech sales and are willing to work hard to make it happen.
- Attention to Detail: You stay organized and accurately document every touchpoint.
- Previous sales or outreach experience.
- Experience with cold calling in a B2B environment.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or startup growth.
- 500 SEK per qualified meeting.
- 15% commission for sales closed and invoiced (commission can range from 5000 - 150,000 SEK per deal for qualified deals).
