
Risk Operations Analyst

- Proactively analyse large datasets to detect trends in fraudulent behavior, anomalies and loss patterns
- Turn complex data into clear rules, automation and operational improvements
- Document insights to refine models, rules and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with data science, product and engineering teams to improve fraud detection
- Partner with customer support and sales to address risk-related questions and challenges
- Respond rapidly to incidents requiring quick analysis and decisive action
- Stay informed about new regulations and emerging market trends
- Collaborate with providers of AML tools to ensure effective solutions
- Represent Open Payments in various AML forums and industry events
- 2–5 years of experience in fraud or risk analysis, ideally within FinTech, payments or e-commerce
- Knowledge of concepts like account takeover, friendly fraud, identity theft and stolen payment data
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable logic and improvements
- A natural “fraud radar” – you spot patterns others miss
- Communicative, self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English & Swedish
