
Senior Total Rewards Specialist

- Partnering with the Senior Manager - Total Reward, to develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results in support of business objectives.
- Building out the Total Rewards programs aligned with a high impact HR operating model, including streamlined processes to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Establishing key metrics for programs to ensure alignment and measure success.
- Operational leadership of programs such as salary reviews, job evaluation, pensions, benefits, wellness, recognition, and equity, along with supporting executive compensation and reward programs.
- Championing the development of new total rewards programs that are competitive, fair, and affordable.
- Partnering with HR leadership, senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business strategy and anticipate needs.
- Managing, maintaining and cultivating vendor relationships.
- Supporting the preparation of total rewards related materials (reporting, disclosure, etc.) for senior leaders.
- Maintaining a pulse on industry, market and legal intelligence for total rewards trends.
- Establish and manage global mobility policies and practices, working with internal and external tax, and or mobility experts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in designing and implementing compensation structures, job evaluation, and pay equity, plus exposure to benefits and retirement programs, including plan design, vendor negotiations, renewals, and financial analysis.
- Superior excel skills, including data management, statistical analysis, and pivot tables.
- Experience managing compensation in a Human Capital Management (HCM) System.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership audiences.
- Ability to organize and accomplish objectives independently and proactively.
- Business acumen, collaboration, and client-focused mentality to develop and strengthen business relationships.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate complex issues while maintaining attention to detail.
- Significant judgment and maturity in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
