If you are craving a role where you really can make an impact - this is your time to shine!This role is an interim position until September 2025.Your mission:Leading the People Partnering team, coaching them in providing business-oriented and innovative support for our Managers and the organization. foOwning and developing our HR processes such as Performance Review, Salary Review, Employee Survey, Resource Planning etcBe a key player in driving the strategic P&C strategy as a part of our P&C mgmt teamOwning and driving various HR projects and initiativesThe People & Culture department is made up by 22 competent, ambitious and friendly HR-professionals and in this role you will be reporting to the People & Culture Director.We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. To thrive in this role we believe that you take great ownership and always have our business in mind. If you have high energy and a can do-attitude you will come far in this role!
