
Sr Staff Software Architect

- Define technical and functional designs and processes that support business imperatives such as growth, simplification, cost productivity, mergers & acquisitions, system vitality and quality improvements. Create and present key requirements artifacts, review use cases, and ensure flexible solutions are provided.
- Offer expert input to IT and business organizations, leverage standard functionalities and avoid customizations or introducing technical debt, and propose new solutions using innovative and original concepts.
- Lead product evaluations, execute proof of concepts, and establish a system roadmap that integrates and scales with the Cytiva IT ecosystem.
- Produce comprehensive documented business application and system processes, work across multiple projects, and mentor others on best design and implementation standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Build relationships with business and IT stakeholders, including business leaders, superusers, project teams, module experts, developers, validation managers, operations team, middleware teams and enterprise architects.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent IT technical work experience with a minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2+ products in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) area, and the supporting technical foundation and architecture.
- Proficiency in ITIL processes (including incident, problem, and change management), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and working with Computer System Validation (CSV) in a GxP environment.
- Experience in architecting global, large-scale applications spanning multiple countries and business units.
- Ability to travel for up to 20% of the time to Cytiva sites globally.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and/or other cloud-based/SaaS ERP systems.
- Working with Jira/Atlassian project management software.
