• Help in Identifying the local learning needs.
• Deliver relevant and impactful HR & Learning initiatives to our hotel colleagues.
• Ensure training content is relevant for the local audience and share feedback with the Cluster Learning Advisor and central People Development & Culture Team.
• Translate training material in the local language.
• Support the onboarding process of new colleagues and late starters, delivering the Induction program, providing the onboarding checklist and collecting feedback.
• Partner with management team to identify opportunities to improve career development and colleague retention.
• Support the implementation of the mentoring and buddy system program.
• Track all the local training initiatives using the company available reporting tools.
• Help in HR activities as required.
• Support the promotion of global initiatives ensuring colleagues engagement.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and asset management.

• A diploma or studies in hospitality or Human Resources field
• English and Swahili language proficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-discipline and able to take initiatives
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Passion and motivation for training and people development.
• Ability to be a role model by consistently embodying and promoting our TUI Hotels & Resorts behaviors and standards
