In the role of Production Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for securing and developing our processes, methods, and ways of working to take the next step in our quality efforts. Furthermore, you will work on:
- Improving structure and shared working methods within the team and at the interfaces with other departments through close collaboration.
- Developing cooperation between production, production engineering, planning, and quality, as well as with adjacent departments, to ensure that we as a factory can achieve our set goals and prepare for future opportunities and challenges.
Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities, technical knowledge in quality, and your ability to lead and engage in change initiatives and projects.
- You should have a strong interest in change management and understand both the effort and the content involved in a transformation journey—equally focusing on what needs to change and how to implement the change in the best possible way.
- Relevant university degree, for example in Mechanical Engineering with Industrial Economics and Production, or equivalent work experience as a production engineer with a focus on quality.
- Experience in project and change management, and in working with various quality tools within Lean Production and Six Sigma. Experience with digitalization and/or automation is a plus.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
