Business Operations Coordinator

- Keep the BU ahead of corporate asks: Own and maintain the Group ask tracker, pre-fill templates and reports, and ensure high-quality inputs are delivered on time
- Shape leadership operating rhythm: Plan and coordinate Management Team meetings and leadership forums – set agendas, prepare pre-reads, and ensure sessions are decision-ready
- Capture and drive outcomes: Take structured notes during MT and other leadership forums, and manage follow-up actions through to completion so decisions translate into results
- Support initiative owners: Help leaders and project owners with change-management tasks, from communicating decisions to tracking adoption and ensuring initiatives stick
- Enable leadership focus: Proactively take on the coordination and background work that frees senior leaders to spend more time with customers, delivery, and growth
- Deliver BU improvements: Lead mini-projects to improve how the BU works (e.g., simplifying reporting tools, refining meeting cadence, or rolling out new shared systems)
- Provide analysis and insight: Support BU Head and Deputy with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and reporting to inform strategic decisions
- Organize Key Events: Organise and deliver offsites, workshops and BU-wide leadership events from start to finish
- At least 3 years’ experience in consulting, business operations or project coordination
- Proven experience in business analysis within complex organisational or operational settings (e.g., program support, process improvement, performance tracking, reporting)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple parallel workstreams
- Confident user of business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Teams/SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior leaders
