We tackle daily challenges with enthusiasm, fostering an environment where going the extra mile extends to ensuring we have fun, both in and out of the office.Your impact: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Database Administrator in our dynamic team, your core mission will be to ensure the stability and peak performance of our critical production applications. You'll work hand-in-hand with your team to:

Elevate and optimize our diverse database environments through meticulous maintenance and proactive monitoring.
Drive efficiency by automating complex processes using Bash scripting, directly supporting our exponential growth.
Strategically partner with development teams, providing expert database support for their projects and testing initiatives.
Harness and implement pioneering database technologies, including MySQL InnoDB Cluster, Singlestore, SQL Server, Hadoop, ScyllaDB, PostgreSQL, and Couchbase.

RequirementsWe're looking for a professional with a robust foundation in Database Administration, including:

A proven track record in administering MySQL databases.
Comprehensive knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) principles.
Expert proficiency in Linux and extensive experience with shell (Bash) scripting to enhance database management and performance.

Candidates who also possess the following will be highly regarded:

Experience with Vitess and/or Database sharding in large-scale distributed systems.
Administration experience with SQL Server, Hadoop, Singlestore, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, configuration management with Ansible, and version control with Git.
Experience with TiDB.
