As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. You will work operationally with production improvements by analyzing improvement proposals and production data to identify and implement changes that strengthen our quality focus and increase productivity.The role is broad and varied with a lot of contact with other departments, operators and supervisors. An important part of your work will be to plan and drive activities to develop our internal processes.Main tasks and responsibilities

Developing and implementing improvements within the business
Identifying and solving production-related problems
Analyzing improvement proposals and production data
Leading projects within production development
We are looking for someone who is technically interested in machines and processes, is meticulous, quality-conscious and committed.

What you'll need to succeed

Have a BsC engineering degree or equivalent work experience
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication and collaboration skills
Swedish and English in speech and in writing

It is an advantage if you also have:

Experience working within a larger manufacturing company
Experience working in projects
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
Hydraulics knowledge
