Each location is dedicated to sharing our core ethos of EAT, SHOP, and LEARN.Our restaurant offers a unique culinary experience with fresh, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service.We're looking for passionate and motivated professionals to join our team.Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and seat them.
  • Present the menu, describe daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients and allergies.
  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied throughout their meal, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Handle the payment process and cash register, including using a POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, continuous service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress of at least a couple of years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player attitude
  • A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
