Job Title Master Thesis - Investigate use cases for BLE in audio applicationsJob DescriptionBackgroundAt Axis New Business Audio Products, we develop audio products for security, such as horn-, ceiling- and cabinet- speakers driven by Power over ethernet (PoE). Another way to share information between devices would be via Bluetooth, allowing for wireless communication. BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) is widely used in different applications such as IoT devices, wearables, healthcare, retail and smart homes. Could this technology be of use for New Business Audio Products?GoalThis thesis consists of:An investigation on how BLE could be utilized in todays and future applications for our product portfolio. Develop a proof-of-concept on one of the ideas from your investigation.Areas of interest:BLEWireless communicationEducational backgroundMaster’s student in Electrical engineering, Engineering physics or similar.OK, I am interested!
