If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.As a Student Assistant within Retail Media, you'll be an integral part of the Boozt Media Partnership Business Development team, helping to drive our retail media developments together with our Campaign Management team. You will assist in managing our Sponsored Banners and Sponsored Products offerings, with over 500+ campaigns at all times, and in unlocking the full potential of our retail media assets to fuel revenue growth.We are looking for a self-driven individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of taking ownership of projects and fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. This is a 15-20 hour per week role that will involve project management, commercial strategy development, and driving adoption and growth through effective stakeholder engagement.WHAT YOU WILL DOAssist the management of our Sponsored Banners and Sponsored Products tracks, overseeing more than 500+ campaigns at all times.Collaborate with the platform team to enhance our retail media product offerings and capabilities.Provide guidance and support to partners on how to leverage our tools to make informed decisions and drive growth.Gather and analyze data to develop and optimize Boozt's retail media offerings.Demonstrate self-drive and initiative in driving projects forward, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.Utilize strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.YOUR PROFILEPreferably, you are on your Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Self-driven individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to partners and driving business outcomes.Strong project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.Adept at stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Fluent in English, our corporate language.We're reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so don't wait-apply now if you are ready to grow your career with us!Note that only applications in English will be considered.
