This role goes far beyond animating assets, you'll shape stories that move. From ideation to final delivery, you'll lead creative execution with a focus on storytelling, animation, and performance optimisation. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers andCreatives to produce work that is not only visually striking but also strategically impactful.Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality video content for various platforms.
  • Develop and execute storyboards and styleframes that communicate brand benefits and drive conversions.
  • Edit and colour-grade video and audio materials into polished, professional content.
  • Integrate motion graphics, animations, sound, and text overlays to optimise content performance.
  • Manage voice-overs and music selection
  • Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all video assets.
  • Monitor creative trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to enhance workflow and creative output.
  • Apply storytelling techniques that emotionally engage audiences and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver content that meets client and campaign objectives.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
  • 3+ years' experience as a Motion Designer/Animator in advertising, film, or digital agencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with Cinema4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D tools (a strong plus).
  • Proven track record of producing high-performing video content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, pacing, and visual hierarchy in motion.
  • Experience working with global teams and clients across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates standout motion design work.
We're Even More Interested If You Have
  • Experience with creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion) to enhance production.
  • Prior work with large global brands in performance-driven marketing.
  • A strong understanding of media landscapes and storytelling across platforms.
