Are you ready to be part of our journey?Nordic HQ | Stockholm, SolnaAs a Senior Manager Wholesale Activation, you will be part of a team of 15 colleagues working within Omnichannel Activation and approximately 25 people working in the wider Brand Department. You will be leading the activation team for Intersport and XXL in the Nordic Market, ensuring the best brand and commercial impact through top class activations at the point of sales. You will report to the Director Omnichannel, also based at our Nordic HQ in Solna, Sweden, who leads the full Omnichannel Activation team. You'll have a team spread over Sweden and Norway and will travel across the Nordics every two months for 1-2 days (depending on projects) and to Europe twice a year for 3 days to participate in seasonal assortment handovers. You may occasionally work flexible hours to support activations.Our brand-new HQ in the Nordics is located in Solna, where nearly 100 colleagues work across Sales, Marketing, and support functions. The Nordics is part of our North Europe cluster, bringing together the Nordics, UK, and Benelux as one team. We're a workforce united by a passion for sport and fashion, we work in an environment where everyone feels comfortable being their authentic self.What you'll do:As Senior Manager Wholesale Activation at adidas, you will play a key role in strengthen adidas's position with Nordic consumers through strategic activation planning of the accounts channels coaching the team in execution of impactful marketing activations. Aligning with Nordic and European strategies, you will create and implement holistic activation strategies and budget planning for two of our most important wholesale accounts enhancing adidas brand image driving sustainable and profitable market share growth. In this role, you will together with key stakeholders of the account set the activation plans with clear KPI's based on the account strategy, ensuring they are updated ongoingly and effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership in the omnichannel activation team makes you a very important contributor to future-proofing our ways of working, acting as a role model and continuously developing your team in an ever-changing market and business by setting clear expectations promoting a high performance culture. Collaborating closely with agencies and cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality activations that maximize visibility both online and in-store. With a focus on delivering exceptional results within budget, all initiatives will reflect adidas' global brand values and commitment to excellence. By analysing marketing and commercial data, you'll identify and act on opportunities to optimize campaigns and continuously improve performance. Additionally, you will support account sell-in processes by presenting seasonal brand strategies and priorities, aligning with account objectives to ensure mutual success. This position requires a strategic mindset, encouraging leadership, creativity and the ability to foster strong partnerships that drive both brand and commercial success.Skills you'll need:
- University Degree or equivalent, ideally with marketing and sales focus
- +5 year professional experience in the marketing area or sales area.
- Fluent in English
- Fully competent with IT packages (Excel and Powerpoint to an advanced level)
- Strategic mindset: Proven knowledge in strategy development based on several insights, managing conflicting agendas and strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders for implementation targeting consumer and/or customer.
- Leadership: Great interpersonal skills and an adaptive communication style building relationships and trust, with a performance mindset setting targets and driving results.
- Business Acumen: Experienced in analyzing data to balance immediate business goals with long-term brand growth.

- Expertise: Strong background in activation, with a solid knowledge of industry standards within performance marketing, social media, retail and e-commerce. Confident and persuasive in presenting ideas. Strong budget management skills.
